As we observe the world around us, we are simultaneously filled with dismay and great optimism; the leaps in medicine and science which are helping to save lives, the countless families who continue to starve and bury their young due to inaccessible health care; developments in alternative energy which may at last give our planet a reprieve, the hundreds of thousands of lives which have been torn asunder by our insatiable need for oil. Our world is evolving at record speed and devolving just as quickly.

Our response to this is a nearly crippling fear coupled with boundless hopefulness. The yin and the yang bubbling forward together.

"Leaping Giants" explores this duality in the context of faith. Each of the three figures assumes a different posture - perhaps in worship, perhaps in fear.
